This page provides a full overview of organizational and departmental security insights within Storm XASM. It highlights important metrics on risks specific to each department, helping teams evaluate the security posture across different areas of the organization.
Organization Insights:
Total Departments: Indicates the number of departments within the organization, here showing 19 departments.
Total Employees: Reflects the total count of employees in the organization, noted as 28 employees.
Departmental Insights:
A bar chart visualizes Risk Scores and Phishing Attempts across various departments like Technical, Social, Finance, Marketing, and Product, providing a full view of security concerns.
Each department is listed on the right, showing the number of employees in each one. A "Check" button allows users to view detailed security information specific to that department.
Upon clicking "Check" beside a department in the Departmental Insights section, the user is directed to a detailed Department Details page. This page presents a list of employees within that specific department.
Employee Profiles: Each card displays key information for individual employees, including:
Name: The full name of each employee.
Email Address: The employee's work email.
Job Title: The specific role or title held by the employee.
LinkedIn Link: A direct link to the employee’s LinkedIn profile.
Verification Badge: A small green checkmark beside the email or name indicates verified information.
Departmental Security Posture:
This section uses a horizontal bar chart to display security ratings across departments such as Technical and Social, showing their overall security readiness and identifying potential weak spots.
